Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- With all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Not damaged due to buyer mishandling
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut ACP sheets or tiles
- Opened cement bags (unless damaged on delivery)
- Sand, aggregates, and loose bulk materials
- Products marked “non-returnable” on product page
- Products delivered more than 7 days ago
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log into My Account → Orders
- Click Return/Dispute next to the order
- Select items, reason, and upload photos (mandatory for damage claims)
- Submit — we’ll arrange pickup within 3 business days
4. Refund Timelines
After item is received and inspected:
- UPI / Cards: 3–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Wallets: 24–48 hours
- COD orders: NEFT/UPI refund within 7 business days
5. Damaged in Transit
Report damaged deliveries within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged packaging + product. We’ll arrange full replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases (e.g., minor cosmetic damage), we may offer a partial refund keeping the product with you.
7. Disputes
If you and the vendor cannot reach agreement, escalate to Garudo by filing a dispute. Our team mediates within 3–5 business days.
