By using Garudo.in, you agree to these terms.
1. About Garudo
Garudo.in is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party vendors selling building materials. Garudo is not the seller of the products — vendors are.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter contracts. Businesses must be legally registered in India.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Product Information
Vendors are responsible for product listings, specifications, and quality. Garudo verifies vendor identity (GST, PAN) but does not independently test every product. Always review specifications before ordering.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Vendors set prices; Garudo does not guarantee lowest price. GST invoices are provided where GSTIN is entered at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay escrow. Funds are released to vendors only after buyer confirmation or 7 days post-delivery (whichever is earlier).

9. Prohibited Conduct
- Using fake identities or fraudulent payment methods
- Reselling Garudo account access
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our platform
- Posting abusive/misleading reviews
10. Intellectual Property
Garudo.in logo, design, and platform code are owned by Garudo. Product images and descriptions are owned by respective vendors.
11. Limitation of Liability
Garudo acts as an intermediary and is not liable for product quality issues, delivery delays by third parties, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
