1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India through a network of logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Porter) and vendor-owned fleets for heavy materials.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Local (same state): 1–3 business days
- Regional (adjacent states): 3–5 business days
- National: 5–9 business days
- Remote / NE states: 10–14 business days
- Truck-load aggregates/bricks: scheduled by vendor based on dispatch slots
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹10,000 within 50 km of vendor warehouse
- Regional: ₹1,500 flat (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Goa, MP)
- National: ₹2,500 flat
- Heavy materials: freight calculated at checkout based on pincode, weight, and vehicle type
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 11 AM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Pincode Serviceability
Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery eligibility, estimated date, and charges before placing the order.
6. Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can also track from My Account → Orders or our Track Order page.
7. Delivery Confirmation
For truck-load deliveries, the driver will request an OTP sent to your registered mobile to confirm receipt. For parcel deliveries, signed/photo proof is captured by the courier.
8. Failed Deliveries
Three delivery attempts will be made. After that, the order will be returned to the vendor and a refund issued (minus freight charges).
